National Contract Buyers, Inc. is a company that has been buying cash flows since 1984. The company was founded by Nick Buschur and operated under the name of "Buschur Mortgage." The company quickly grew into a leader in the industry, being nationally recognized every year since 1994 as the largest broker in the nation by the largest cash flow investor in the United States.

In January of 1998, Nick incorporated the business to National Contract Buyers, Inc. and sold 50% of the business to Janette Kurucz. Before teaming up with Nick, Janette worked for the largest mortgage investor in the nation as their senior closer.  Janette brings with her a vast working knowledge of the intricacies of the cash flow business.

In January of 1999, Nick Buschur sold the remaining 50% of the business to Fred Rewey and Tracy Z, the owners of Diversified Investment Services, a private investment company that specializes in working with cash flow brokers.  Fred Rewey is an internationally recognized instructor and current President of the American Cash Flow Association while Tracy manages investment credit lines and serves as Editor of The Cash Flow Connection.
